Order and confirmation
Once we have received your order an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you gave us. Check the confirmation email to ensure that all the information is correct. If you have any questions or want to change your order, please contact customer services (provide your order number for a quicker response).
Delivery times
Delivery normally takes place within 3–5 days. It may take slightly longer during major campaigns.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs 5 €. Delivery is free on orders over 110 €.
Payment
We want customers to feel safe when they choose to shop with us. We have therefore decided to only offer tried, tested and secure payment options.
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions are conducted securely via SSL.
When paying by card your information is sent to our payment partner, which specialises in online trading and secure online card purchases. Your information is sent in encrypted form. Nobody is able to see the information sent between you and our payment partner.
We reserve the right to change our prices. All prices are valid until further notice unless otherwise stated. If you can no longer find a specific offer on our website, it means that the offer is no longer available.

Responsible use of food supplements
Food supplements should be seen as a complement to a normal, healthy diet. Food supplements are not sold as having a medical or healing effect or as a replacement for pharmaceutical products or a normal, healthy diet. If you are uncertain or suspect that the products may be harmful to you, we recommend that you contact your GP before using them. Ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you purchase are not harmful to you. All the information supplied about our products has been provided by our suppliers and should be seen as recommendations. Read the content declaration carefully. We do not accept liability for any consequences of your intake/use of any of the products / food supplements offered.

We take responsibility for any personal data that you submit to us. Your personal information will be used to maintain our customer relationship with you. You may request that personal information be amended or deleted. Your information will never be passed on to a third party.
