  • I have not received confirmation of my order?

  • Check your email filter / spam folder. Automated emails sometimes end up there. In the unlikely event that you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact customer services.

  • How can I pay?

  • We want customers to feel safe when they choose to shop with us. We have therefore decided to only offer tried, tested and secure payment options. We have Payson (Swedish customers, VISA/MasterCard/Bank transfer) and PayPal (VISA/MasterCard) as payment option.

  • What is the cost of postage and packing?

  • We do not charge an administration fee. We offer free postage for orders over 110 €. For smaller orders the delivery cost is only 5 €, and the consignment is always accompanied by a traceable parcel number.

  • How can I contact you?

  • You can always contact us via our contact form. On weekdays our customer services department is working to quickly deal with to any questions you may have and will always respond within 24 hours.You are also welcome to write to us. You can find the address here.

  • How long will delivery take?

  • Delivery normally takes places within 3–5 working days. It may take slightly longer during major campaigns. If you have not received your product within 10 working days, please contact us so we can trace your delivery.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?

  • If you would like to cancel or make a change to your order you must contact us as soon as possible before your order is processed at our warehouse. In order to give priority to your request, please enter “Urgent – Cancel” or “Urgent – Change” in the box

  • I still have not received my order – what should I do?

  • Contact customer services if you have not received your delivery within 7 working days after receiving your order confirmation. Remember to give us your order number so that we can find your order on the system and locate your delivery

  • How does it work – will the order be delivered to my home address?

  • You will receive a delivery card referring you to the nearest sorting office. You can collect your delivery there by showing the delivery card or quoting the tracking number.

  • When I shop with you am I also signing up for any sort of subscription or membership?

  • No. We are absolutely certain that our products will help you reach your goals. We want our customers to be happy and do not put pressure on them to sign up to something that they do not want. Simply order the products that you want, and if you are satisfied with the results you are more than welcome to pay us another visit!

  • Which product is best for me?

  • It is difficult for us to say which products are most suited to your body and lifestyle. If you are uncertain about which product is most suitable for you, simply contact customer services for personal assistance!

  • How do I use your products?

  • Most products come with instructions. If you have any questions about these, please contact customer services and we will be happy to help you. Remember not to exceed the maximum daily intake.

  • What is your privacy policy?

  • We only stock carefully vetted and approved products. Food supplements are only complementary and do not replace a varied diet.

    • We take responsibility for any personal data that you submit to us. Your personal information will be used to maintain our customer relationship with you. You may request that personal information be amended or deleted. Your information will never be passed on to a third party.
